چکیده

Background Primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS) is an autoimmune disease that primarily affects the exocrine glands, but other organs, including nervous system, may also be affected [1]. Many studies provide evidence of autonomic dysfunction in pSS [2,3]. Although etiology fibromyalgia (FM) not fully understood, data suggest FM caused by system [4]. Objectives In this study, we aimed to reveal incidence patients with compared those without fibromyalgia. Methods cross-sectional 64 who admitted our Sakarya University Faculty Medicine rheumatology outpatient clinic between November 2021 and August 2022 were followed up diagnosis included. The divided into two groups 35 (54.7%) 29 (45.3%) Patients evaluated Composite Autonomic Symptom Score-31 (COMPASS-31), which consists 6 subsections dysfunction, orthostatic, vasomotor, secretomotor, gastrointestinal, bladder pupillomotor functions. Mann-Whitney U test Chi-square used compare groups. Results mean age was 53.8±11.3 years. There no difference regarding sex (p = 0.586 p 0.580, respectively). median duration (IQR) 4(5) total COMPASS-31 score significantly higher than (0.014). Among its subgroups, secretory (p=0.001). Vasomotor more common (p=0.016) (Table 1). Conclusion had a FM, especially higher. Since both diseases can cause separately, it seems reasonable have high both. addition, vasomotor FM.
