AB0699 IS AUTONOMIC DYSFUNCTION MORE COMMON IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY SJÖGREN’S SYNDROME WITH FIBROMYALGIA THAN IN PATIENTS WITHOUT FIBROMYALGIA?

Background Primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS) is an autoimmune disease that primarily affects the exocrine glands, but other organs, including nervous system, may also be affected [1]. Many studies provide evidence of autonomic dysfunction in pSS [2,3]. Although etiology fibromyalgia (FM) not fully understood, data suggest FM caused by system [4].
